Working principles of impact crusher

Impat crusher makes use of hammers on high-speed rotation of the rotor, generating high-speed impact force on the material into the crushing chamber resulting material crushing. The crushed materials is highly speed thrown back to plate along with tangential direction to the other end of the crushing cavity to be again broken, and then to hammer plate rebound, continuing to repeat the process. Materials descending into one, two, three impact cavity repeated broken, in this process, the material by plate hammer blow, and the impact of the collision between the material and the back plate, and constantly cracks, loose until the split, crushed to the desired particle size, by the discharge port.

(1) Free broken.
